[Retired] Fleet Admiral, Sir Appan Parsu K.R. [Retired]

Admiral Appan Parsu joined the Faction due to work been scarce. He joined at the rank of Recruit, to work his way through the ranks of the Falleen Space Navy. He became a part of Task Force 4 and stayed for most of his career, but for a short spell when he was thrown out of the Navy for excessive drinking and brawling. He found work at a building project as a team leader on several construction sites. Returning to active duty with the TF4 nine months later, in the position of Executive Officer under Lt. Cmdr Grillo CO of TF4. Appan on reaching Lt. Cmdr continued for another year before stepping down as XO and taking early retirement. Returning shortly before he was promoted to Commander and given the post of XO of MAF. During countless tours of duties and missions he moved up through the offices of MAF CO and XO of the Navy, which was changed to Deputy Secretary of the Navy. Appan became the Secretary of the Navy after his predecessor change direction in his career and became the Deputy Director of the Intellegence Bureau. Appan was to push the Navy and her officers to their limits, bringing about huge changes in the discipline, and cutting unessasary protocols with a more streemline protocol and procedures. After a full years term as Secretary Appan retired in Y12 D350. After nine months he returned to join the Minister of State, to head the Department of Social Developement. This lead to Appan been elected as Dean of Ichigo Military Academy, not before returning to the Navy as Deputy Secretary of the Navy. It was not long before he came ful circle to return as Secretary of the Navy.

Purple Dawn Personnel File: Y6 - Y7

Major Appan Parsu joined the Near-Faction Group after his involvement with a Mercenary group that captured outlaw that had drained their resources. Due to his experience as private investigator, bounty hunter and mercenary, Appan was offered a position within their ranks starting as Sergeant with the internal security. He quickly moved, at the rank of Lieutenant to the department of armed forces, where he eventually took on the role of overall Commanding Officer of the army.

During his time as CO to the army he, at times was to assume control of Naval operations due to the Naval CO been increasingly ill. After the death of the overall Naval CO, Appan was to hold both senior positions. With increasing pressures from the councils constant bickering Appan hit the bottle, until he realised that he had to leave. He was to leave and several month later Purple Dawn folded.
